Gail has lived in Topeka, Kansas, since she graduated from college. She is married and has two grown children. She built her own computer and understands all things "technological."
Her hobby and latest passion lies in textile art - specifically, rug-hooking. No this is not the same as the old latch-hook rugs. This kind of rug hooking uses hand-cut strips of wool that are intricately looped through linen, creating a pattern. She buys most of her dyed wool and patterns from Judy Cripps of Rustic Rugs.
